Password Resetter is a great password recovery tool that works on Windows Vista, XP, NT, 2000 and even Windows 7. It means virtually anyone who uses a computer with a Windows operating system will be able to use it to recover passwords. It can recover the password within 60 seconds, so you won’t have to wait too long to get access to your computer and files you need.
If you have been locked out of your computer in the past and forgotten the Windows password, then you’ll be only too aware of how frustrating this problem can be. It is probably even more frustrating nowadays as people store more personal information on their computer than ever before. The information needs to remain secure, so having the password written down beside the computer is not an option. This is where Password Resetter comes into its own. It doesn’t require you to remember the old password as it automatically copies all the necessary files and creates a bootable CD or USB. If you ever need the password all you need to do is insert the CD or attach the USB. The program will then locate all the Windows accounts and searches out and resets the password.
The good thing about Password Resetter is that no specialist technical knowledge is required. Anyone able to insert a CD or attach a USB device is able to use it. If you encounter a problem you can access the 24/7 technical help team that should be able to resolve any issues.

Other good points about Password Resetter are that it is a one-off fee and comes with a lifetime license. This means it should continue to get updated as new systems come out and you will be able to continue using it long into the future. However, it should be noted that if you purchase the personal edition you are only entitled to use it for one computer while purchasing the corporate edition entitles you to use it on up to five computers. This can be a downside for many people as they may have more than one computer at their disposable, but not have access to five computers. Obviously to get around this you would have to buy a second license or alternatively dedicate one computer as the main computer and install it on that one. Any other computers could then be used for specific things like gaming or less sensitive things like social networking and browsing the web. The main computer would be the only one you used to store any sensitive data.
The corporate license is an option and may benefit some people as it includes a dedicated support team. This is different than the 24/7 technical support and should mean more timely responses. It also includes an ebook guide on secure passwords and this can be beneficial for most people. However, basic rules for passwords are common knowledge and there are many tips on the web on how to create them. If the problem is that you forget the password, then it doesn’t matter how secure it is as you won’t be able to access the computer without it. With Password Resetter, you wouldn’t need to remember the password anyway, but you would need to remember where you put the CD or USB to get the password reset.
